Healthcare Leadership and Innovation Certificate

College of Nursing

Ohio State's online Healthcare Leadership and Innovation certificate sets students apart from other leaders in the healthcare field through an emphasis on implementing innovative solutions to healthcare system problems, evidence-based practice, and innovative leadership. Additionally, three of the four required courses for this certificate are included in the existing College of Nursing Master of Healthcare Innovation (MHI) program. You could continue on with this content by transferring up to two courses from the certificate into the master’s program.

Campus Requirements: NONE – 100% online

Class Format: All required and elective courses are synchronous, meaning you have a scheduled time to log in for classes to engage with your instructor and classmates.

Credit Hours Required: 12

Admission Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree and a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA in the last degree earned relevant to the program of study.
