Life After Service

After completing his service in the Army, Randall Moores wanted to revive his family farm in Ashtabula, Ohio. To set the farm up for success he needed to hone his agriculture skills but wanted to stay close to home. That's when Moores decided to enroll in the Master in Plant Health Management degree at Ohio State online. Learn how this family man combined his military experience, passion and hard work for a new life after service.

Applying

When applying, you will follow the same steps as other applicants. Ohio State does consider your military experience during the application evaluation process. Eligibility

State Authorization allows Ohio State to offer educational opportunities to students nationwide. We have a team dedicated to researching regulations and seeking and maintaining approvals so you can participate in online programs wherever you’re stationed in the United States. If you are stationed overseas and want to continue your education online, there are some specific guidelines, so please reach out with any questions.
