The Master of Healthcare Innovation (MHI) program will teach you strategies to innovate solutions and lead change within any healthcare organization. This course explores various elements of organizational operations that fully impact the organizations and system in which they work. This course will help you develop basic skill sets in financial and business operations in healthcare organizations.
