Ohio State’s 100% online radiology program is designed to introduce busy working technologists and therapists to administrative levels of their organizations. Students can come from a multitude of different backgrounds and careers, including but not limited to radiologists, sonographers, radiation therapists, and MRI technicians.  
 
This online radiology degree will equip students with the skills and advanced knowledge to lead projects, implement strategies and deliver quality care to patients. Upon completion of this degree, students are prepared to sit for the Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) certification exam and pursue graduate-level degrees in medical dosimetry, health informatics, health administration, pre-med and more. 

Ohio State’s Division of Radiologic Sciences and Therapy is nationally recognized for leadership and innovation in education and research. Students in the online radiology program receive personalized attention from the same world-renowned faculty present on campus, flexibility to align with their work and personal commitments and a curriculum enriched in all aspects of medical imaging.  


Class Format: Most classes are offered in a synchronous format, meaning you have a scheduled date and time you must log in to attend.

Credit Hours Required: To graduate and receive your diploma, a minimum of 120 credits is necessary, including the requirement to complete 30 credits at Ohio State for establishing residency. 

Students who obtained an associate degree from another institution can request an evaluation of their courses via the Program Prerequisite Evaluation Form.

Cost Per Credit Hour: $514.58 (includes instructional and general fees). 

Admission Requirements:  Completed associate degree, GPA of 2.50 or higher, must be registered with the ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB.  

Time to Completion: 5 semesters (approximately 18 months)
