Through advanced study in leadership, regulatory compliance, resource management, health care law and labor relations, this online program equips you with the tools to make informed, system-level decisions that enhance care quality, support workforce effectiveness, and optimize operational performance, all reinforced by immersive, real-world experiences.

Built to meet industry demand, this degree responds to the growing need for qualified nurse leaders. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a 23% increase in health care leadership and management roles from 2024–2034, which is much faster than the average profession.
