The In-Career MA and MPAL programs are for working professionals with at least 3 years of relevant post-baccalaureate experience for eligibility. The In-Career MA is an in-person program for mid-career professionals, sharing the same core curriculum as the MPA but with a credit reduction due to work experience. It requires 38 credit hours and takes 5 semesters part-time. The MPAL is an online program focused on management and leadership, helping mid-career professionals advance their careers. It requires 32 credit hours and can be completed in 5 semesters part-time.
