With the advanced use of digital health information and electronic health records, there is a greater need for health care analytics knowledge. The online Health Care Revenue Cycle and Data Analytics Certificate provides in-depth education on medical code data sets, data capture, revenue cycle management, reimbursement, technology tools and how to analyze health care information.

The courses provide students with the opportunity to develop expertise in analyzing health care data for business decisions, quality outcomes, revenue cycle management and medical research. The final course includes a practical application project that can be used to demonstrate health care data analytics knowledge.
