In April, Adobe is offered its Creative Cloud Service to students at no cost until the end of May. We have worked with them to enable students to retain access to this software, and they had extended access until the end of summer semester. Users can visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com and sign in to download and install apps.

Adobe Creative Cloud is a suite of integrated tools that include Spark, Photoshop, and Acrobat, just to name a few. Adobe has extensive resources that you can visit online to learn more about Adobe Creative Cloud and see the full list of available applications.

You will log in using your existing Ohio State credentials as your Adobe ID. You can also use your Adobe account log in to access other Adobe mobile products that are free to the public, such as Photoshop Express. Instructions are as follows:

Computer Web Browser

  1. Go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com
  2. Enter your ohio state name.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu and click “Continue”
  3. The Ohio State login page will load. (If the login page does not load, close your browser and start over.)
  4. Log in with your Ohio State Username and password.
  5. Authenticate your account with BuckeyePass powered by Duo
  6. You will now have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud website. You can work online or download the desktop apps to your device.

iPad & iPhone Apps

  1. Download the Adobe mobile app from the app store and open it.
  2. Enter your @buckeyemail.osu.edu (do NOT include your name.#)

COTC Students

  1. Go to http://creativecloud.adobe.com
  2. Enter "@cotcmail.cotc.edu" where it asks for your email address (do NOT include your name.n)
  3. On the Microsoft login page, enter your name-#@cotcmail.cotc.edu email address under “Email address or domain name” and press "Next"
  4. On the COTC & OSU Newark Log-in page log in with your COTC/OSU Newark Username and Password.
  5. On the Microsoft "Stay signed in?" page you can select yes if you are using your private computer
  6. Once you’ve logged in you should now have full access to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications. If instead it appears the products are only available as a trial license, then you did not log in with your enterprise ID. During the log in process if it never takes you to the “myCOTC/myNewark” login page, then you are not using your COTC ID. Please log out of Adobe CC site. Start a new browser window in incognito/private mode and try again.
